The device (1) has a fixing plate (2) to anchor the device in a fixed element (3) of a body structure of a motor vehicle. A stopper (4) extends laterally from the plate along longitudinal direction and serves as a support to an opening element. The plate has fixation units (8, 10) forming respective nozzles (9, 12). The units are movably mounted with respect to the plate in a manner to alternatively pass from withdrawal and engagement positions in which the smallest distance between the nozzles are minimal and maximal, respectively.
