The module has a support (26) and a single block temperature exchanger element (24) that is made of extruded aluminum. The element (24) has curved radiation wings (32) that are made by extrusion for forming a single part. The element (24) receives an electric radiator element (13) that is provided in the form of a flexible composite material and with a low power level. The element (13) adapts to an inner side (37b) of the element (24). The element (13) is adhered to the side (37b) of the element (24). The element (13) is formed by woven resistors fed by an electric source.
