The device has a traction cable with blades for extracting a spinal cord and a spinal dura meter by milling. A rotation and traction cable (2) has a rear end on which a drill (11) with helical cutting edge is fixed. The cable (2) has a coupling unit (10) connected to a complementary coupling at rear end of the traction cable to let initial section pass though the cable (2) by animal`s spinal duct or to a complementary coupling associated to a traction and rotation mechanism simultaneously driving advancement of the cable (2) inside the duct, and the rotation of the cable (2) and the drill.
