The footwear has a board (13) for processing signal issued from a non-invasive sensor (17) e.g. pressure sensor, and a power supply source (14) with cells or batteries. A wireless transmission unit transmits data developed by the board from the signals, towards outer storage and measurement monitoring units. The board, transmission unit and power supply source are contained in a sole (2). The sensor is applied against the skin of the foot and/or the ankle.
