The clip (2) has jaws (4, 6) movable between a storage position in which the jaws are brought closer and a utilization position in which the jaws are separated, where the jaws are articulated with respect to each other around an articulation axle (44) cooperating with a hinge. The hinge has a massive articulation part (20) hollowed with a housing (28) and including an upper voile (22) to cover a central coil winding (40) of a return spring (38). The housing receives and maintains the winding in position such that the axle penetrates via the winding and clevises (32`, 32``) of the hinge.
