The assembly has a carcass (2) containing a motor (1) controlled by a control knob and supplied by a supply wire. The motor drives an axle (9) equipped with a torque clutched system (6) permitting to limit the locking force. The axle is carried on to the exterior of the carcass and is terminated by a screwing bush (8). The carcass is extended by two tenons (10) that are separated from the axis of the bush such that the tenons are housed in a locking mortise of a rim. The tenons exceed the lower limit of the bush with a length of about two to four centimeters.
