The device has a bench shaped frame (2) with a horizontal plate (5) forming a seat, where the plate is carried by a stand (6) comprising two lateral flanges (7). The frame is mounted on rollers (8) equipped with integrated units for braking or locking the rollers in rotation. The flanges support a rotary horizontal support axle (3), placed under the plate, on which a floor panel (4) is rolled, where the axle is associated to a removable motor (11). A fixed rear closing panel (14) receives a marking e.g. advertisement.
