摘要

The device has an inspiration pipe (110) for bringing a pressurized gas from a pressurized gas source (100) to a patient. A controller (50) has an interruptor (152) selecting a pressure/flow parameter to constitute a set value at destination of the gas source and a control unit (51) driving functioning of an inspiratory valve (113) and controlling the interruptor. The control unit is connected to pressure and flow sensors (111, 112) for forming a direct closed control loop to select a set parameter and is associated to a program permitting to select in real time a pressure or flow signal. An independent claim is also included for a method for managing functioning of a respiration assisting device.
