The device has a locking unit (11) for locking rotation of a winding tube (4) with respect to support sides (7) in direction of winding of an apron. An unlocking control unit (12) cooperates with a drive shaft (9) for unlocking the locking unit under the action of rotation of a pulley (8) in the winding direction of the apron. The locking unit has a toothed wheel (14) with tooth inclined to form step in rotation direction of the tube corresponding to the deployment of the apron.
