The cylinder head has a cylinder (5) with a head (51) having gas inlet pipes (10, 100). Each pipe has housing to receive a seat of a head of a valve. A conical wall is placed along a gas flow direction for inserting the seat in the housing. Each pipe has a deviation valve (14) in the direction, where the valve deviates the flow, to cooperate with the head, to progressively reduce section of gas passage from a rear zone (AR) near a lateral wall (52) of the cylinder till a front zone (AV) situated near center of the cylinder by forcing outlet of a gas flow (40) by the zone (AR).
