The fastener (1) has barbs (10, 11) produced by inclined cut-away portions starting from edges of an intermediate portion of the fastener. A lateral wing (6) includes an anti-recoil stop that is intended to bear against a complementary abutment surface. The anti-recoil stop is produced by cutting out and deformation of a tongue from the lateral wing. Symmetrical lateral wings start from limbs of the intermediate portion of the fastener. The cut-away portions in shape of the barbs extend in prolongation of the wing and in direction of the intermediate portion.
