The rivet (R) has a deformable bushing constituted of a single piece but preformed to present an end (320) in mobile and fixed parts (330, 340). The two parts are, under the action of an axial force, separated such that the part (330) moved by tensile force of a mandrel (400) is urged to be opened around the fixed part (340), where the expansion of the part (330) is produced without folding. The part (330) has a conical form (332) sliding on an outer conical form (341) of the part (340), where the forms (332, 341) form angles.
