The method involves obtaining an alert message, and determining predetermined keywords in content element in the message. The keywords are substituted by variable information associated to the keywords and relative to a preceding message, and are diffused towards a recipient e.g. telephone set (24). A result of diffusion of the keywords is stored in a database (10) that comprises a table (T1) defining a call list and identifiers of the call list.
