A ventilation device cools the electric motor (7) arranged in the housing (3) during its operation. Its air outlet (35) is radially arranged relative to the motor drive shaft (23). A radial fan (39) is fixedly joined to the drive shaft to circulate air in the motor, between the stator (27) and the rotor (21), from the air inlet (33) toward the air outlet. An axial fan (37) is fixedly joined to the drive shaft and is arranged coaxially upstream of the radial fan. A radial wall (41) arranged between the stator and the housing forces the circulation of air.
