The generator has a set of capacitors (C) surrounded by a set of capacitors (C1), where the capacitors (C1) are electrically connected by a circular conductive plate concentric to a circular conductive plate (6) which connects the capacitors (C). Load resistors (R) are connected in series, and sparkers comprise semi-sparkers such that an input voltage charges the capacitors (C, C1) in parallel and the capacitors are discharged in series via the sparkers. Each sparker comprises two semi-sparkers. A glass plate (20) is placed between the semi-sparkers of one of the sparkers.
