The structure has reinforcement ribs (17) parallel between them and projecting from a downstream wall (13) of a road (11). The ribs are a maintenance and support element for a concrete widening slab (18) adjacent to the road to be widened, where the slab having a safety side rail (20) casts at the level of the road. Anchoring nails reinforce solidity of the structure and compensate the force applied on the slab during passage of the vehicles.
