The section (100) has lateral walls (110a, 110b) and facial walls (120a, 120b) which are reunited by a stiffening rib (130), where the section is fabricated by extrusion from recycled plastic material having rot-proof nature. Grooves (140a, 140b) emerge inside the section so that the lateral wall (110b) is retained behind a lateral wall of another construction section, where grooves are longitudinally formed on the section (100) respectively at an intersection of opposed angles reuniting the lateral and facial walls.
