Composition comprises naphthoic acid derivative and a polyurethane type polymer (II) or its derivatives, in a medium, where the naphthoic acid derivative is present in a dispersion form. An independent claim is included for a method of preparing the composition by mixing a carrier with the naphthoic acid derivative and (II) or its derivatives.
