The equipment has a conformator placed inside free ends of arms (6) and pressed against a magnetic circuit (2) of a stator by a shoulder (15). A series of driver pins (12) is in equal number with slots of the circuit, where each of holes of the conformator is bored along an axis. The axes of the holes are concurrent in a point (14) of the conformator`s axis, where the point is located at a non zero distance from the shoulder. Each pin separates two of arms inserted into two adjacent slots so as to direct the arms (6) in a direction different from the direction of the arms in the slots. An independent claim is also included for a method for realizing a coil of a stator of an electrical machine.
