The device has a recipient (1) delimited by a conical lateral wall (2) having a base opening (3) extended by a cylindrical sleeve (4), where the sleeve permits to add a cylindrical column (5) inside the recipient. A disk (8) is movable with respect to the recipient along the column between a recipient closing position, in which the disk takes support on the wall, and an opening position in which the disk is separated from the wall. A pipe string (12) is coupled with the disk in a dismountable manner, and fins (16, 17) integrated to the wall permits to fill a product in the recipient.
