The device has a digital module (15) with a sub-assembly (16) for digitizing complex signals at a sampling frequency and for spectral analysis of the signals, where the signals are delivered by very/ultra high frequency and high frequency reception modules (12, 14). Another sub-assembly (17) sequences and manages resources constituted of other sub-assemblies. An energy conversion module (19) produces supply voltages necessary for functioning of each module from a single external voltage source, where the modules are fixed on upper, lower and lateral surfaces of a case.
