The boarding (1) has an insulating material body having upper and lower faces and two lateral surfaces, and a transversal shoulder (10) on an upper portion of each lateral surface. Each lateral surface has an intermediate portion (11) on its upper and lower portions, where the portion (11) is in contact with one of longitudinal supports. A space receives an end part of a transversal strip (12) of an adjacent rough timber boarding. A contact transversal face of the end part is in contact with a contact transversal face of the space for forming a transversal contact zone.
