The device has an assembly (E) having three parts (1, 2, 3) which are assembled in juxtaposition in a sealed manner and in a common casing. The part (1) acts as a combustion chamber receiving a biomass, and the part (2) is conformed to stabilize fumes. The part (3) has a duct (3a) for mixing oxygen with carbon dioxide resulting from the combustion of the biomass, where the part (2) is supplied by air. The assembly is conformed for burning a biofuel of type biomass and maintains the biomass at high temperature for providing the thermal energy to the boiler.
