The method involves assembling an upper layer (12), a substrate (14), a lower layer (16) and an armature (18) by sewing to constitute a revegetation panel. A hydration unit (20) comprising a distributor tube (24) and a hydration tube (28) is simultaneously stitched in the panel. The tube (24) is provided with large dimension holes and/or slots (26), and the tube (28) is provided with emitters (30). The armature is positioned between the substrate and the lower layer. An independent claim is also included for a revegetation panel obtained by implementing fabricating method.
