The unit (1) has a massive upper part (2), and a lower part (3) that includes a reservation (4) formed as a counterpart in the shape of an upper part in a micro pile (20). The lower part is provided with an axial reservation (1c) for housing a locating dowel pin of the micro pile, where the reservations are formed by spark machining. The upper part includes a hole through which a radial rod passes for rotating the micro pile.
