The system has a flat metal or synthetic vertical wall (1) receiving a load and provided with rows of horizontal oblong openings (5, 6) and/or vertical oblong openings (8, 9, 10) for fixing shoulder straps and/or abdominal belts and/or loads. The wall has at its inner bottom, a tab (2) whose vertical part is housed in/on the belts, and on its sides at the tab, ears (7) to fix the straps. The tab has a fold separating it from the wall, and another fold positioning its lower part parallel to the wall and turned towards the back of a user.
