The device has two parallel rails constituted of respective upper and lower arms (1a, 1b, 2a, 2b) and connected to a base plate (5) by a hinge (4). The hinge allows folding of the lower arms on the upper arms, and an axle (6) connects the upper arms to the base plate which is connected to ground by a removable fixation (8). Height adjustable support feet at lower ends of the lower arms and at upper ends of the upper arms stabilize the device in vertical position.
