The device has a ball (18) formed by half-balls (1, 2) articulated on a hinge (3) permitting the ball to be opened or closed. A cord (4) is connected to rigging lines (7) of a canopy system (8) of a parachute (10) and is fixed to a ring (5) of the hinge. The ball, during its launch, reaches a height and is opened permitting the parachute integrated in the ball to operate. A slingshot permits to launch the ball and is formed by a fork having tubular rubber bands. The bands are connected to a cup that permits to receive and maintain the ball in a position during the launch.
