The flap is provided with a main ball joint (30) having an inner cage (32), an outer cage (33) and a shaft (31) secured to the flap, where a front portion (33`) of the outer cage is connected to an end of a linear type electromagnetic actuator (10) via a single bent connecting rod (46), The actuator is arranged in the blade and permits the flap to pivot about the axis, where the shaft extends perpendicularly to the axis about which the flap pivots.
