The machine has a zone permitting the manual positioning of tie of sausage (S) on a chisel clamp supporting module (1) that moves along outer, continuous and closed guiding path. The tie is hooked and suspended between the module and an associated chisel clamp (2) in order to be translated from a sausage loading position to a position in which the tie is threaded around a bar. Another guiding path assures actuating and guiding functions and permits relative displacement of the clamp with respect to the corresponding module along operative phase and position.
