The container incorporates the separation and the collection unit, where the container is removable from the pressing plate and pressing unit to load and unload the juice. The grape juice extracting vertical press comprises a cylindrical container to receive pressed matter, a pressing plate activated vertically by a swan neck pressing unit and to crush the matter in the container, and a juice separation and collection unit directed towards a storage unit. The container incorporates the separation and the collection unit, where the container is removable from the pressing plate and pressing unit to load and unload the juice.
