The apparatus has a processing tool (3) mounted with respect to a fixed base (1) and provided with a radiofrequency identification tag (21). A control unit is constituted of an on push button (11), off push button (12), speed selection button (13), reader (15) and controller (17). The control unit controls a drive shaft (5), which drives the processing tool, and the reader is communicated with the tag. The tool is selected from a group of a manual food processor disk, rasp disk, food processor`s razor clam, beater tool, peeler plate, beater whisk and hand held blender tool. An independent claim is also included for a tool for a food processing apparatus.
