The assembly has an auto-passivable insert (32) that is made of stainless steel and pierced with a hole for receiving a radial slug (36) which is engaged in the hole across piercings (34) present in a free edge (20) of a primary nut (10). The hole is arranged in the insert without reaching the surface of a free edge (22) of a secondary nut (12), and is formed during the assembling of the nuts. The nuts are mounted coaxially around a ball screw (14).
