Turning plough has turning cylinder and wheel cylinder (10) which are coupled with each other by hydraulic cycle controlling device such that wheel cylinder lifts the support wheel (7) from its supporting position to one of the ploughing frame side from base after given motion sequence with each turning operation and drives it in central position. The turning cylinder of the plough frame (3) turns and finally the wheel cylinder drives the support wheel into its supporting position on the opposite plough framework side. The plough frame is adjustable in its work angle to the direction of motion by width adjustment cylinder (11) around an upright axle (12) opposite to the cultivation rack (2).
