The machine has a hollow bar (1) in which a wine post (9) is inserted and having a length lesser than a desired passing height of the post with respect to ground. The bar has an end including handles located below a striking part (7) and a flat bar (8) with length higher than the length of the hollow bar. Securing nuts (51, 52) integrate another end of the hollow bar with an end of a support rod (2) made of steel. A locking nut (6) locks displacement of the hollow bar during its vertical translation in the direction of the ground. An independent claim is also included for a U-shaped wine post introduced in a hollow bar.
