The structure (1) has a rolling frame (4) with an upper side rail (5) and a lower side rail connected by a transversal joining balk (7) and equipped with a brake shoe. An operator carriage (8) is movably mounted on the balk so as to be displaced between the side rails, where the displacement of the carriage is controlled by a crank (37). The carriage has a platform (16) supporting an operator`s thorax supporting device (17) with a harness (20) surrounding the thorax of the operator (15). The harness has a dorsal link (21) for suspending the harness to a mast (22) integrated with the carriage.
