Control-command device for the management of heat transfer to improve or adapt the recovery of geothermal heat from the ground in a heat pump system. The invention is characterized by the adapted geothermal exchange, thanks to the thermal coupling of two contiguous buried pipes, constituting a heat exchanger where the evaporator of the heat pump is included. Controlling the reversal of the flow of circulation makes it possible to prevent the setting of soil ice, which is detrimental to heat exchange. The invention comprises a network of two adjacent contiguous pipes. One carries a thermal fluid type antifreeze solution (1) the other serving as an evaporator (2) for the heat pump (3). A device (6) controlled by a temperature sensor (7) performs the inversion of operating mode "parallel currents (anti-methodical) or against-currents (methodical)" of the exchanger constituted.
