The device has a base (2) and stencil (3) coupled to each other such that a strand of hair is intercalated between the base and stencil. The stencil defines a slit (30) permitting a portion of hair to be in contact with a coloring/bleaching product. A notch and strips (4) maintain the base and stencil to immobilize the hair between two surfaces with respect to the base and stencil. The base and stencil are deformed such that one surface is in elastic support with the other surface when the base is fixed to the stencil, where the base and stencil are formed as a single piece with same material.
