摘要

The difference between theoretical position estimated according to reference position of control surface and actual position measured by a sensor is computed, so as to calculate a residual value. The residual value is compared to a predetermined threshold value. A count of the successive and alternating overshoots of the threshold value is calculated using the residual value. The oscillatory failure representing a sinusoidal periodic signal, frequency, amplitude and phase following a uniform law, is detected when the count is greater than a predetermined number. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) detection device of oscillatory failure in position servo control subsystem; and (2) electrical flight control system.
