In case of momentary downtime of the downstream workstation , the device allows the accumulation of products. During the resumption of operation of the downstream workstation, the accumulator device allows the return of the products while the upstream workstation operates at rated speed. The invention will find a particular application for example, as a method of transfer and storage between a blister thermoformer running continuously and a cartoner operating alternately.
