Freewheel hub has central shaft and the holding unit with ring (18) independent from the pawl (5). The ring is provided on the base of holding unit. The freewheel hub has hub body (3) with lateral beginning (8) installed around the shaft free in rotation. The ring has a projection (22) in contact with the wall of the retainer (11). An independent claim is also included for the wheel.
