The end piece (1) has a blocking arm (6) which comprises a stop flange (7) that presents a configuration conjugated or complementary with respect to an outer form of a sleeve (8) or tubular element. The flange rests against the sleeve in a final position or stops rotation of the end piece to assure locking of the connection of the end piece with another sleeve with a possibility of arresting or removable holding of the arm. An independent claim is also included for a method for forming a supply circuit.
