The device has a hypoallergenic non woven fabric (1) creating a protective barrier for diffusions of excess of liquids from a super absorbing gelling powder (2) that solidifies organic liquids into an elastic and gelatinous substance mixed with a chemical base (5). An EVA type thermoplastic sticky powder (3) maintains the particles of the powder (2) for their action on organic liquids. A hypoallergenic adhesive device (4) adheres the improving device to the skin. The cohesion between the powders and the base is obtained by a thermal weld (6) on a circumference (7) of the fabric.
