A package, with a closed position to house container(s) (12) at the side of the base (5) and other place setting component(s) (11, 13), has an open position forming a tray (14) with the base as supporting surface. At least one movable supporting part (7, 8) has releasable fixtures (20, 30) for the place setting component(s); in closed position forms a side face of the closed package; and in open position forms a side extension of the open package. An independent claim is included for a prepared individual meal device comprising a package as above, plus the containers (12) and place setting components (11, 13).
