Multi-layer structure comprises: an optionally coated textile; a layer of fluorinated polymer having unsaturated polar monomer grafted by irradiation, disposed against the textile or coating; and optionally a layer of a fluorinated polymer, disposed against the modified fluorinated polymer layer. An independent claim is included for a process of obtaining a multi-layer structure comprising coating a support by a solution of modified fluorinated polymer, evaporating the solvent to form a modified fluorinated polymer layer, optionally applying the coating, pressing the textile and removing the support after evaporation of the solvent.
