The attenuator (3) has a non metallic flexible tube (4) presenting a porous wall which is permeable to fluid so that the fluid radially traverses the wall on the whole cylindrical surface of the wall. The tube has an end fixed to an input connection of a hydraulic transmission flexible (1) and a free end (5) positioned within a flexible outer sleeve (2) through a positioning device adapted for centering and maintaining the free end in place.
