The device has a vase (1) with a preset capacity and traversed by a supply pipe (2) of a float valve (3), where the supply pipe engages up to a certain length in a tube (4) which is integrated to the vase. A free passage between the pipe and tube permits the circulation of water. A pressure created at the base of the tube empties the water at each request. The vase recovers the water in case of leakage or blocking of the valve.
