The system has an anti-collision computational block for locating penetrations of cartography representations e.g. minimum terrain clearance distance, of a fly over terrain in a lower longitudinal profile of a protection volume based on alert messages emitted by an alert generator. The computational block specifies the alert messages emitted by the generator based on the location of the penetration of the cartography representation.
