A path forms an air passage between the unit (2) and a front face of the unit (1). The path has a fixed channel (23) formed in the unit (2) and a rotating channel (24) traversing the unit (1). The space is sealed by the joint and another sealing joint (28) provided between the units. The fixed and rotating channels have respectively downstream and upstream ends opening in the space so that the passage is formed between the units across the space.
