The tower has a base fixed to a floor of a transport unit and an interface (9) installed on a stretcher. The base has a plate (2) and an enclosure (4) with spring pins distributed around 360 degrees in sheathes provided with a locking device (7) guided by a disk (8) with a hole. The interface has another plate (10) provided with guides for housing with the spring pins and an unlocking lug (13). The interface is translated on the base to lock the interface with respect to the base.
